“We have lived in our house for nearly 19 years.  We are so glad that we had David Wilson build it for us.  David directed us to a good architect who drew up the final plans.  Before construction, David spent time with us going over plans, making suggestions and telling us what materials he would use and why.  We put a lot of trust and confidence in David as we were living in Virginia during the time he was constructing our house and only came on weekends to inspect the progress being made.  David completed our house in the 6 month time frame he stated.  David and his crew’s excellent craftsmanship along with using quality materials gave us an attractive, functional, and well constructed house that has been a pleasure to live in.  On several occasions, friends have commented on what a well built house we have.

Ten years after moving in we decided we wanted more room.  We knew the quality of David’s work, so we chose his bid for the addition even though it wasn’t the lowest.  We have never regretted that decision.  David went to our original architect to get a plan that would best integrate the addition to the rest of the house.  David gave us suggestions that we took and that greatly enhanced the functionality of the room.  He worked to keep any inconveniences to a minimum.  You would never know that the room was added on years later.  Several neighbors have commented on how nice the addition goes with our house.  In fact, one neighbor who had an addition put on by another builder told us after seeing our addition that he wished he had used David.

We designed and completed our custom home in 2014.  It was our first home ever and we had absolutely no idea what building a custom home would entail.  Enter the Coastal Homes and Design Team!
